MONDARA is a Valencia travel agency built around one idea: a trip is a chain of decisions, and somebody has to hold the whole chain. Our founders have spent more than three decades in the Spanish travel industry, most of it moving companies, delegations and groups rather than selling holidays off a shelf.

What we do best is the work that does not fit a template: a delegation of forty crossing two countries, a mission that has to leave within eleven hours, a route no online engine prices correctly. Over the years that has meant building our own programmes and our own network of partners on the ground, destination by destination, instead of reselling somebody else's packages.

Not a booking engine. A team of people who answer the phone, know your file and stay with the trip until everyone is home.

Our consultants are bilingual professionals with long careers behind them. Every client has one of them assigned: the same person who quotes the trip issues the tickets, reissues them when a flight is cancelled and picks up the phone when something goes wrong at an inconvenient hour.

Searching is the easy part; software does that. A trip is won or lost on judgement: which connection is genuinely safe, which hotel is really close to the meeting, when a cheaper fare ends up costing more. That comes from people who have made those calls thousands of times.
